Objective

The objective of the Foundation is to support continued operation and development in RM Rich. Müller A/S and subsidiary companies (§ 3a).

In addition, the Foundation may financially support welfare arrangements of existing and former employees and their families (§ 3b), as well as supporting general charitable, society-promoting and educational purposes (§ 3c).

Strategy

The strategy of the Rich. Müller Foundation is to support the long-term development of RMIG A/S cf. regulation §3a. Through a solid earning capacity, RMIG A/S can maintain a strong capital structure and the financial strength for necessary business development, and it is the intention of the Rich. Müller Foundation to assist the company in this objective. This will ensure that the company, through a strong competitive power, can maintain its market position and evolve in the future.

Grants Policy

It is not possible to apply for a grant from the Foundation. Grants are awarded on the basis of the objects clause in the Foundation’s charter.

The Foundation’s support is first given to § 4 and subsequently to § 3a and § 3b. Support for § 3c objectives will be carried out only in the case of an exceptional result and provided there are no restrictions on the Foundation’s objective of supporting continued operation and development of RM Rich Müller A/S (§ 3a).
