Objectives

The objectives of the Rich. Müller Foundation, as outlined in its Charter, include:

1. Supporting the development of RMIG A/S and its subsidiaries
   The Foundation's primary aim is to ensure the continued stability, innovation, and financial strength of RMIG A/S and its subsidiaries, enabling the company to sustain a strong market position and meet future challenges with resilience [§ 3a].
2. Promoting employee welfare
   The Foundation implements welfare measures to benefit current and former employees, workers, and salaried staff of RMIG A/S, as well as their spouses and children [§ 3b].
   Welfare initiatives are adapted to reflect evolving societal needs, with the goal of offering meaningful support without imposing financial hardship as a prerequisite.
3. Supporting broader social and educational causes
   In addition to its corporate focus, the Foundation grants financial support for charitable, social, and educational purposes [§ 3c].

At the same time, the Foundation is committed to making a positive contribution to employees, apprentices, and broader society through targeted support programmes and charitable grants.
